China Salt Anhui Hongsifang Fertilizer Co., Ltd. is a large-scale state-owned enterprise specializing in the research and development, production, sales and service of compound (mixed) fertilizers and new fertilizers such as loss control fertilizer, slow and controlled release fertilizer, water-soluble fertilizer, etc., and is a R&D and production base of loss control and drought-resistant fertilizer.

The predecessor of the enterprise, Hefei Fertilizer Plant, was founded in 1958, in the early days of the establishment of the factory, the party and state leaders Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Chen Yun, Chen Yi, Peng Zhen, Yang Shangkun, Zhu Rongji, etc. have come to the enterprise to inspect, strong technical force, in Hefei City, Anhui Province, Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province and other places to establish production bases, layout of the country.
