Sichuan Meifeng is a listed chemical company controlled by Sinopec Group, which was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 1997. In July 2002, Chengdu Huachuan Petroleum Exploration and Development Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation, reorganized Sichuan Meifeng and became the largest shareholder of the company, and Sichuan Meifeng became a listed nitrogen fertilizer company with natural gas resource background.

Sichuan Meifeng has nearly 30 years of development history, the company's economic and technical indicators and comprehensive strength to maintain the leading level of the same industry in China, to achieve "production scale, technical equipment, management level, economic benefits" four domestic first-class.

Sichuan Meifeng now has a production scale of one million tons of urea, with total assets of nearly 4 billion yuan and net assets of more than 1.8 billion yuan.
