In October 1993, the representative office of the Satland Group in China was established (the predecessor of Shenzhen Sullair Shanghai Branch);

On August 15, 1994, Shenzhen Sullair Asia Industrial Co., Ltd. was registered and established, becoming the first manufacturing plant invested by Interland in China.

On February 16, 1995, the first air compressor produced by Shenzhen Sullair was successfully delivered to the customer;

On October 23, 1995, Shenzhen Sullair plant broke ground and was put into use in March 1997;

In June 1998, Shenzhen Sullair's localized design kicked off; The continuous development of localized design has made great contributions to enhancing Sullair's competitiveness in China;

In March 1999, Centland was merged into the United Technologies Group, and Sullair became a member of the world's top 500 companies.

In 2001, Shenzhen Sullair products successfully entered the Southeast Asian and European markets;

In February 2002, Shenzhen Sullair's rapid growth for several consecutive years was awarded by the United Technologies Group, and George David, CEO of the United Technologies Group, arrived in Shenzhen to inspect the Shenzhen Sullair factory.

In September 2002, Shenzhen Sullair passed the Lloyd's Register ISO9001:2000 quality system certification;

On July 5, 2004, Shenzhen Sullair and Ishikawajima Harima Company (IHI) of Japan jointly established IHI-Sullair Compression Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. to enter the Asian centrifugal air compressor market; IHI-Sullair is Sullair's second manufacturing facility in Asia;

In December 2004, Shenzhen Sullair passed the Lloyd's ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification;

On June 21, 2007, Suzhou Sullair Gas Equipment Co., Ltd. was registered; Sullair Suzhou is Sullair's third manufacturing plant in Asia.

In September 2008, Shenzhen Sullair passed the OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system certification.

On July 23, 2009, Suzhou Sullair passed the certification of ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 systems.

In 2013, Sullair was acquired by BC Partners, a world-renowned consortium, and the Carlyle Group of Companies to become part of the Accudyne Industries Group.

On July 13, 2017, Sullair officially joined Hitachi as a member of the Hitachi Group.
