Tianjin Yishan Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. (formerly Chinese People's Liberation Army 6443 Factory, Tianjin Construction Machinery Factory) is a professional factory engaged in the production of crawler bulldozers in China, which manufactured the first crawler bulldozer in the country in 1958 and has a history of more than 50 years of manufacturing crawler bulldozers. In 1993, it took the lead in selling more than 10,000 bulldozers in China.
The company has 791 registered employees, covers an area of 109,000 meters, total assets of 500 million yuan, 927 sets of main production equipment, 193 sets of high-precision equipment, products have 7 series of more than 40 varieties of crawler bulldozers, two tonnage levels of hydraulic excavators, four types of rotary drilling rigs, production capacity of 3,000 units, in the top three in the industry.
As early as January 1998, the company passed the quality management system certification, passed the national second-level confidentiality qualification certification, and has the equipment manufacturing qualification of the General Armament Department and the General Logistics Department.
In 1985, the company took the lead in introducing the production technology of two series of D60 (mechanical transmission) and D65 (hydraulic transmission) (including more than a dozen models in five categories, including standard, wetland, sanitation, forest felling and electric power) with international advanced level in the mid-eighties. After digestion and absorption, the company has developed Yishan brand T160 (D60A-8), T180 (D60E-8), TY160 (D65A-8), TY180 (D65E-8), TSC180 (D60PL-8), TS160 (D60P-8) and other crawler bulldozers, which are produced according to the imported technology, rather than surveying and mapping or self-restructured products.
The company has made a lot of investment and technological transformation in the production of key parts and the control of key processes, and invested heavily in the purchase of 132 sets of high-precision equipment to comprehensively upgrade the manufacturing equipment for the production of the new industrial park.
The company continues to carry out technological innovation and has developed unique products. For example, the TSC180 super wetland bulldozer produced by the company has become an important equipment for domestic wetland and marshland operations. The TG160A Bulldozer, THS200C and THS180 Eco-Friendly Dozers are all unique.
In 2002, the company independently developed a new generation of energy-saving, high-efficiency and intelligent TYD200 hydrostatic power steering modular bulldozer, which has "eight innovative designs" and "six advantageous performances", reaching the international advanced level.
In 2009, the company developed the YSR150 rotary drilling rig, which was designed, put into production and sold that year, and then successively developed YSR130, YSR200, YSR230 and YSR280 rotary drilling rigs.
In 2010, the company developed its own dragon and tiger bulldozer, and the Yishan Dragon and Yishan Tiger series products were specially designed from the appearance style to the internal structure, and obtained the national patent.
At present, the company has independent development capabilities of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic core technology, has a research and development team composed of outstanding technical personnel, new product development all using CAD system automation design, has formed a complete set of technical development system for development research, product design, process development, performance test. Yishan crawler bulldozers have been exported to dozens of countries and regions such as Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Laos, Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan, North Korea, Equatorial Guinea, Papua New Guinea, Albania, Bolivia, and the United States.
In March 2010, the company was approved to be included in the strategic eastward move plan of Tianjin industrial enterprises; In December 2010, the factory officially started construction in the new industrial park in Tianjin Binhai New Area, which opened the prelude to the relocation and upgrading of the enterprise. The company plans to complete the overall relocation in 2013, the new industrial park in accordance with the international advanced level of process design concept, will be built with an annual output of 10,000 bulldozers, excavators, rotary drills, loaders and other types of construction machinery mixed production line, and will build a "domestic advanced construction machinery production and research and development base".
