Founded in 1980, Shantui Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. is a national large-scale first-class backbone enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales of earthmoving machinery, pavement and compaction machinery, construction machinery, construction machinery and other construction machinery series host products and key components, and a state-owned joint-stock listed company. The headquarters is located in Jining City, Shandong Province. In January 1997, "Shantui Co., Ltd." was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: 000680). In June 2009, Shandong Heavy Industry Group was established, and Shantui Co., Ltd. became its subsidiary. As the backbone of China's construction machinery industry, it has maintained its leading position in the industry.
Shantui Co., Ltd. completed the layout of related diversified industries.
