The old-fashioned candy of Caizhizhai is famous all over the city (its main products vary from city to city), and the display shelves in the store are filled with traditional square gummies and praline hard candies, among which Zongzi candy, which can be called Su's representative candy, was invented by Jin Yinzhi, the founder of Caizhizhai Candy Store in the Qing Dynasty, and has a history of more than 100 years. Zongzi candy looks like a triangular zongzi, with roses, mint, pine nuts and other plant fruits, flowers as raw materials, and maltose, white sugar production, small and exquisite, very convenient to contain.
