Cheong Fun
Hong Kong cheong fun is completely different from the traditional cantonese sausage, with no filling, finer than pork cheong fun, and is made by refining rice and steaming. After being baked, it is rolled into a roll, sprinkled with peanut butter and sweet soy sauce, and paired with white sesame seeds, lard, and sweet sauce, which has a delicate taste and a strong peanut butter flavor, so it is called dipping cheong noodle.
