3hreeSixty (supermarket)
3hreeSixty is Asia's first all-organic food supermarket and is part of the dairy company of Jardine Matheson Hong Kong. On October 1, 2007, the 3hreeSixty flagship store opened. The other branch is the Stanley Plaza branch, which opened in September 2017.
3hreeSixty sells organic food, natural products and products that are less damaging to the planet. All of the products are purchased directly from abroad, and most of the products are relatively high-priced, so the supermarket's consumer base is mainly aimed at the middle class. In terms of supermarket function settings, in addition to daily goods, 3hreeSixty also has a "health zone", which provides selected healthy products including organic, vegan, additive-free and so on. In order to support environmental protection and sustainable development, energy conservation and emission reduction, the supermarket uses shopping bags made of environmentally friendly materials, and implements paid supply of shopping bags, becoming the first supermarket in Hong Kong without free plastic bags.
The 3hreesixty flagship store is worth recommending, which was renovated in 2017 and features a circular layout to showcase the completeness and diversity of the collection. There is also a 360-degree cylindrical temperature-controlled wine display case. To enhance the consumer experience, 3hreesixty offers a wide range of food handling services, including fresh meat marinating, vegetable processing, and fish descaling and deboning.
