New South Horizons

There are two very famous outlets in Hong Kong, one is Citygate Outlets, and the other is New South Horizons Plaza on Ap Lei Chau, Hong Kong Island.

Different from the horizontal layout of Citygate Outlets, the New South Horizons shops are vertically set up with 25 floors. There are more than 100 discount shops in New South Horizons, with furniture, clothing, bags, accessories and other major business categories. Many brand-name items are discounted throughout the year, and two or three discounts are also very common. Lane Crawford boutiques, Max Mara, Joyce and other high-end stores have their outlets here. The quality of the clothing in the shops in New South Horizons Plaza is more refined, and the customer flow is smaller, which is suitable for slow shopping.

There are two or three stores on each floor, and there is not much space on a single floor, so you can use a helicopter to go up and down the stairs. Not very suitable for aimless lounging. If you choose to shop here, it's best to be purposeful, have a specific store to go to, and go straight to the point. The vicinity of New South Horizons is relatively barren, and the F&B and other retail sectors are underdeveloped, which is not as complete as Citygate's complete one-stop shopping experience.
