During the game, players become enthusiastic citizens who participate in blood donation activities, and are kidnapped by unknown people in the process of blood donation, and escorted to an underground slaughterhouse on the outskirts of the city, where they experience a thrilling story such as organ removal, black market trading, and gang infighting. The 7 NPCs involved in the interaction have different identities, and all have unknown "secrets". Players need to cooperate with them to dig out the stories behind the NPC identities one by one within a limited time, and finally trigger different endings according to the completion of the game. The best solution to the game is naturally that all 7 NPC identities are mined, but the requirements for all players are high, and it is extremely difficult to complete, so it also improves the replay rate of the game.

The game is driven by the scene, and the staff will not explain it before playing.
