Xiangyuxuan is a local chain Hunan cuisine brand in Wuhan, which appeared in the public eye in 2014, and currently has three stores in Wuhan.

Xiangyuxuan specializes in new Hunan cuisine. Wuhan's new Hunan cuisine is generally divided into two types, one is to launch a combination of Hunan and Hubei cuisine, adding elements of Hubei cuisine to Hunan cuisine; The other is to change the original spiciness and saltiness of Hunan cuisine to cater to the taste characteristics of local people. Xiangyuxuan belongs to the latter. There are not many types of dishes in Xiangyuxuan, all of which are very common styles in Hunan restaurants, lacking novelty.

Chopped pepper fish head is the top brand of Xiang Yuxuan, but compared with the same dishes in other Hunan restaurants, its only advantage is that the price is relatively cheap, and the taste is not bright. In comparison, a good pot of fish that is not the signature is more worth trying. A pot of good fish is similar to boiled fish fillets, the dishes seem to have a lot of chili peppers, but in fact the spicy level is not heavy, the fish fillets are tender and delicious, and the portions are sufficient.

Pepper and egg is a special cold dish in Hunan, often called pepper preserved egg.
