Tides are the periodic movements of sea water under the gravitational force of celestial bodies, and it is not difficult to guess from the name that the restaurant is related to the "sea". Probably because it does not affect diners to enjoy the view of the Yangtze River, there is no common seafood pool at the entrance of Cantonese seafood restaurants, which reduces the interference of fishy smell and water stains, and the nearby viewing position can be kept clean. The fresh seafood is preserved in the kitchen, and the abundant taste of the "sea" always reminds diners of the freshness of the ingredients.

Tidal King Crab is the restaurant's signature staple, which is a recipe for eating three crabs (cheese, minced garlic and chopped peppers). The water loss of cheese crab legs is more serious, which makes them look too old and slightly sweet, which is suitable for diners with a sweet tooth; Garlic crab legs are covered with a thick layer of minced garlic on the crab legs, and the garlic flavor and crab aroma are intertwined, which is more heavy; Chopped pepper crab legs make the crab meat more spicy on the basis of umami, which is more in line with the appetite of Chongqing people. The steamed red star spotted is also quite bright, the fish meat is smooth and fishy, slightly sweet and sweet.
