Compared with the Sangu B&B in Sansheng Township, which is also located at the top of the list, the Anyu campus has a more open outdoor space, which is smaller and fresher. However, due to the fact that the scale and interior decoration are not as good as Sangu, and there is no added value such as Sangu's cultural salon, catering, and manual training, there is only accommodation, so it ranks low.

The courtyard consists of a two-storey wooden villa, a glass house and a treehouse, which are integrated into the functions of accommodation, dining and tea room. Influenced by the four shopkeepers' years of travel in Europe, the design of the courtyard revolves around the theme of European pastoral style, using dense greenery, flowers and elegant wooden soft furnishings as the main theme of the courtyard. In addition, the owner also replaced the exterior wall material of the first floor of the villa with glass, exchanging a transparent view for a more fresh and freehand atmosphere.

There are four guest rooms in the courtyard, each of which is decorated in a simple European style, with only sofas, chairs and wall views with bright color temperatures, which visually collide with the solid white walls and mattresses, and lack of highlights. Each floor has a slightly larger common living room and terrace area where guests can relax, read and dine. It should be noted that each guest room in the small courtyard does not have an independent bathroom, which is not convenient and private. The glass house area of the courtyard is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, and residents can choose to cook their own meals or enjoy the meals provided by the owner. The treehouse is equipped with exquisite tea utensils for small salons or gatherings.

There is no subway around the courtyard, it is relatively difficult to arrive by bus, and there are few supermarkets and markets around, so you need to plan the route reasonably before traveling to avoid inconvenience. The house price of the small courtyard is fixed at 260 yuan per room, and the whole rental service is also provided, and the price is 2,000 yuan. Currently, reservations can only be made through the Tujia platform.
