Zhougongshan Hot Spring is famous far and wide, and the relatively good hot spring hotel near Zhougongshan Hot Spring is Ya'an Nanshui Pavilion. Opened in 2005, Ya'an Nanshui Pavilion is a long-established hot spring hotel.

Zhougongshan Hot Spring is artificially mined, the depth of the well is 3475 meters, the wellhead pressure is 2.5MPa, the self-spraying water is mined in March 2000, the self-spraying can reach up to 32 meters, the daily water production is about 5000m³, and the wellhead water temperature can reach about 80 °C. Zhougongshan Hot Spring was identified by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Land and Resources as "high-temperature medical hot mineral water containing iodine, bromine, lithium, fluorine, metaboric acid, hydrogen sulfide, metasilicic acid, and radium". Therefore, Zhougongshan Hot Spring has the title of "the first soup in Shushan". There are five large pools and thirteen small pools in the hot spring area, and the temperature of the hot spring is low, medium and high. The hot springs are open 24 hours a day, and there are three guest-only passages from the Nanshui Pavilion Hotel that provide direct access to the hot spring center.

The 111 rooms are about 40 square meters in average size, and each room has a balcony with floor-to-ceiling windows and a better view. In addition, the hotel is also equipped with swimming pools, beach volleyball, chess and card rooms, KTV and other leisure and entertainment facilities. Hotel room rates vary from 500 RMB per night to 900 RMB per night depending on the off-peak season. During the off-season, the price is cheap, there are fewer guests, and the open facilities are relatively limited.

The hotel is located in an area with a long cold and humid season, especially for the lower floors. The hotel was renovated in 2013, but some of the facilities are still aging due to the age of its business. Lack of stability in terms of hygiene, and lack of details.
