Emeishan Qiliping Resort is developed and constructed by Sichuan Meishan Hongya Qiliping Banshan Tourism Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Sichuan Jinbei Group. The resort is located in Hongya County, west of Emeishan, surrounded by dense forest vegetation and fresh air, and is regarded as a leisure resort in Sichuan Province. In 2013, Emeishan Qiliping was also rated as the first batch of provincial tourist resorts in Sichuan Province and Sichuan Provincial Culture and Art Demonstration Zone. Mount Emei Qiliping Fairy Tale World Theme Experience Hotel is a major theme hotel in the resort, which was completed and opened in October 2015, and the fairy tale world theme hotel includes two parts: Prince and Princess Theme Hotel and Panda Hotel.
Inspired by the fairytale style of Disneyland, the Prince & Princess themed hotel is full of dreams from the architecture to the interior. The Prince and Princess Hotel is an independent building, with a total of 92 rooms, including 6 standard rooms for the princess and the prince, 39 parent-child rooms with children's beds, 39 single rooms, and 8 suites. The panda hotel runs through the panda theme from the exterior to the interior, with bamboo green and panda black and white forming the main color of the hotel. Panda Hotel has a total of 78 rooms, including 61 parent-child rooms with children's beds, 10 standard rooms and 7 suites.
There are hot springs in the resort, using local borofor fluoride hot spring water, and the outlet temperature can reach about 47°C. The hot spring area is mainly open to guests staying in resort hot spring hotels, and for guests of fairytale world-themed hotels, there are certain restrictions on entering the hot spring area, so it is recommended that guests consult the hotel before booking to avoid unnecessary trouble.
The hotel is slightly unsatisfactory in terms of supporting facilities, such as air conditioning equipment is good and bad, sanitary conditions need to be improved, catering production standards are low, service water quality is not good, etc., the overall cost performance is low. The traffic between Mount Emei Qiliping Resort and Chengdu is not particularly convenient, and it is more suitable for self-driving travel.
