CAFE G1 is located in the high-tech zone, opened in 2017, with a store area of 300 square meters, and the store operates a variety of projects such as specialty coffee, desserts, Western meals, coffee education, etc. CAFE G1 is a new independent brand under DODO COFFEE, a long-established café in Chengdu. DODO COFFEE was founded in 2012 and transformed into a boutique café in 2014, and has a certain reputation among Chengdu cafes.

CAFE G1 has a number of international certifications such as SCA AST Education Officer, and has experience in participating in many coffee competitions such as WBC, and is currently one of the few coffee training institutions in Chengdu that provides professional coffee education qualifications. CAFE G1 has a coffee education area where professional coffee instructors teach and are qualified to issue SCA barista certificates.

CAFE G1 specializes in SOE-based espresso, and coffee beans are changed from time to time, such as Costa Rica Tobusi Estate Kaduai Sun-Treated Coffee Beans, Ethiopian Humbella Harda Micro-batch Sun-Dried Coffee Beans, etc., which have been used as SOE to make espresso and are popular with the general public. In addition, there are a variety of influencer drinks served in the store, and relatively few customers come to the store to drink hand-poured.

CAFE G1 is located in a high-paying area, and its main service targets are office workers in the surrounding office buildings, and there are many customers who use CAFE G1 for office and business negotiation purposes. Although CAFE G1 is professional, a boutique café with less communication can easily be classified as a commercial café.

As the main store, DODO COFFEE maintains the operation status of an independent café, and the store is located in the Beisen Garden Villa in Qingyang District, with an independent courtyard and a relatively quiet environment. A small number of desserts and meals are provided, mainly coffee drinks, and the coffee is basically the same as CAFE G1.
