Artisan Coffee, formerly known as Coffee Atelier, was later renamed as a café specializing in pour-over coffee from siphon pots. In 2011, he obtained the original coffee roasting certificate of PROBAT in Germany, and won the third place in the Dalian division of the "Toper Cup" Coffee Roasting Masters in 2014, and is well-known in the coffee roasting circle in Nanjing.
Artisan sells mainly online, supplying some cafes with high-quality roasted coffee beans. There are a complete range of coffee beans in the store, most of which are basic coffee beans, but there is also no shortage of manor beans. Extracted through the siphon pot, the baking aroma is highlighted, the taste is rich and mellow, bitter but not sour, and the sweetness is obvious. The store also serves creative coffees, such as the "Mexican Latte", which is a blend of jalapeño peppers and chocolate sauce, bitter and sweet, sweet and spicy; In addition to the coffee puft and milk, the "Orleans Iced Coffee" is made with cinnamon paprika, which is sweet and slightly spicy, and when the coffee pucks melt, the coffee flavor becomes stronger.
In addition to an espresso machine, siphon pot, grinder and roaster, the store also has a waffle machine. From the outside, Artisan is unobtrusive. The interior of the restaurant is small, with only 3 small tables. The décor is crude, and the cabinets and corners are piled with sacks of coffee beans, which looks disorganized. The air circulation in the store is poor, and the coffee beans are roasted indoors all year round, which makes it quite oily.
