Founded in 2014, Yang Xin Zhai was specially calculated and named by Master Shanxian of Xiyuan Temple for the owner, and won the title of "Characteristic Tea House" in the first star evaluation of the Suzhou teahouse industry the following year.
Yangxinzhai does not have its own tea industry base, except for Biluochun, which is a direct cooperative product with tea farmers in Dongshan Town and Jinting Town, Suzhou, and other tea is provided by suppliers. Compared with most Pingtan teahouses, Yangxinzhai's tea selection is undoubtedly more detailed, and the quality of some teas is significantly better. For example, Biluochun has three levels: pre-Ming super, pre-Ming, and ordinary, and Longjing has two levels: pre-Ming and ordinary.
Yangxinzhai tea is made of tap water, which is somewhat unexpected and has a great impact on the finished tea soup.
There is no full-time tea master in the teahouse, and tea customers need to make tea by themselves. If the tea-drinker chooses a single cup, the teahouse provides a regular glass and a kettle for refilling, which is the same as many teahouses of the same type. If the tea guest chooses to pack the pot, the tea house will generally let the tea guest sit in the booth and be equipped with a relatively complete set of tea sets. If the tea guest brings their own tea brewing, Yangxinzhai will charge an additional 50 yuan per table for cleaning the tea set.
The performance is open from 19:00~21:00 on weekdays, 14:00~16:30 and 19:00~21:30 on weekends (or holidays). It will be charged according to the tea table fee, and there is no need for tea guests to order a song. The tea seat fee is generally 80 yuan per person, and tea customers need to pay extra for tea and snacks to order a single order.
The teahouse environment can only be said to be in the middle of the distance, and the waiter's attitude is a little cold. It is worth noting that there are many mosquitoes in the teahouse, which is not friendly to tea customers in shorts and shorts.
