Loopy is the most characterful livehouse and Techno underground club in Hangzhou, formerly known as LINEOUT, a well-known performance promotion label in Hangzhou. In Hangzhou, where the club culture is tepid, Loopy chooses to exist in the form of a composite operation of "performance venue and restaurant". The Spanish restaurant Loopy Bistro occupies Loopy's outfield space.

Loopy opened in 2016, while Loopy Bistro only took shape after 2017. The menu is simple and divided into soups, salads, tapas, barbecue, pasta, rice and desserts, each with just a few dishes. In addition to the à la carte menu, Loopy Bistro also has tapas and paella sets for 2 to 3 people, as well as paella sets for 3 to 4 people, all three of which cover most of the restaurant's specialties.

Tapas are the most Spanish cuisine, and Loopy Bistro offers a choice of eight dishes: chicken nuggets with bacon and green peppers, grilled mushrooms in sherry, asparagus baked with black truffle, mussels boiled in white wine and cream, Galician octopus, roasted dragon fish with rosemary, and shrimp with garlic and potatoes and olive oil. The eight tapas are all of a good standard, with no lightning points, and diners can order according to their preferences. Rosemary dragon fish is worth recommending, the fish meat is tender and fragrant, the rosemary is lightly smudged, the seasoning is refreshing, the flavor is rich and salty, the aroma is dark, and the aftertaste is sweet. Shrimp with garlic blanched in olive oil is a classic of Tapas, the shrimp is made of excellent materials, the taste is firm and crispy, and the fragrance is full. Paella is also one of Loopy Bistro's signature dishes, but Loopy Bistro's paella is not as good as it could be. The rice used in the paella is not of high quality, and the juice is too much, which is a little too satisfying. The Argentine red shrimp used in the paella has loose and inelastic meat and a slightly rough mouth; The mussels are smaller, and the quality of the shrimp is not as good as that used in tapas. The paella is moderately seasoned, the graininess of the black peppercorns is obvious, and it is salty on its own, and diners can squeeze lemon juice to improve the palatability. Paella portions are larger, so the Loopy Bistro also offers two smaller risottos. It is worth mentioning that Loopy Bistro's paella uses cheese that is usually found only in risotto, and even if the amount is not much, the paella tastes different from the traditional method, and the taste is different. Rice and pasta, for example, can be ordered with doneness, and the default method will retain a little hardness of the rice grains or noodles.

In addition, the classic Caesar in the salad, the grilled spice roast chicken, Iberian pork ribs, etc., most of them are produced in a regular manner, but the desserts are worth trying, Loopy's desserts are all provided by the local brand Esperluète, and several such as coagulation grass and Paris Champs are quite highlighted.

Located in Shangcheng Lixing, Zhongshan South Road, Loopy's industrial-style concrete façade is as cold and hard as his preferred music genre. The restaurant Loopy Bistro has a loft-style two-storey space, the dining area is not large, the first floor seats are more regular, and the second floor layout is like a maze, with many private seats. The infield is Loopy's performance venue, with a Funktion-One sound system and a 200-seat dance floor, with performances often running after 10 p.m. and lasting until 2 to 4 a.m. daily. There are not many waiters in the restaurant, and the attitude is friendly and friendly, and customers are generally only greeted at the bar, and diners are usually called during the meal.
