Dao Ge has a poor evaluation in the Shanghai pet industry, and many pet owners have a very bad impression of it. The reason is that there is no price list in the hospital, and there is a suspicion of arbitrary charges. Usually, it only costs less than 1,500 yuan to do a physical examination in other pet hospitals, but Dao Ge is at least 1,000 yuan higher. The most obvious is that many pet hospitals generally provide free urinary pads used in pet diagnosis and treatment, but Daoge charges 6 yuan per catheterization pad, as long as the pet stands up, it is used by default, and the unclear consumption rules make pet owners feel trapped. In addition, some customers reported that after the hospital issued a diagnosis report, they would only talk about the relevant indicators hastily, and the professional terms were generally incomprehensible, and the medical staff were rude and would not comfort their pets when seeing a doctor.
