The contact human NPCs undoubtedly increase the horror index of the secret room, and of course, also increase the flexibility of the horror level. The horror factor of Ecstasy is adjustable, and players can choose the horror mode of each gear according to their level of acceptance: fearless, normal, friend-instigating, etc., as well as a custom mode to meet the special needs of players to spoof their teammates. The outstanding NPCs in Ecstasy do not hide the quality of the secret room itself, even if the NPCs, sound effects, spatial layout and unexpected mechanisms can still give people a sense of surprise. "Torture and Killing Bunker" is a confrontational multi-ending secret room theme, with as many as ten endings. The theme requires the player to role-play and hide their identity and confront enemies during the game. In this theme, the players are in opposing relationships, and their usual best friends become the objects of tearing each other apart, so the theme is also nicknamed "Friendship Smasher" by players. "Torture Bunker" also contains elements of real NPCs, but it is limited to creating terrifying psychological hints for players on the periphery, and there is no physical contact, so there will be no particularly obvious scare points.
