Daoli Boutique B&B is located in Tao's house, No. 999, Chuansha Wangqiao Road, Pudong New Area, which was built in 1908 and is the former residence of Tao Changqing, a Confucian merchant in the late Qing Dynasty, and belongs to the historical and cultural relics building. Historical change, with the decline of the Tao family, the century-old mansion has become a factory and a campus, the current Tao family house is the location of the Daoli boutique homestay, the Zhongbang Real Estate Group to build the Daoli homestay on the basis of maintaining the original appearance of the old house to add a variety of hardware equipment to the old house to improve its living experience, the modern homestay life into the century-old building.

There is a wing room in the old mansion that has been converted into a collection hall, and the collection in it is mostly cigars, wines, old lenses, etc., and the owner claims that each object has a long history. There is also a 2,000-square-meter miniature golf green outside the wing, which is built in accordance with the standards of international golf courses, and the maintenance cost of the lawn alone is as high as 150,000 yuan a year. Please note that only guests staying in suites can experience the golf course for free, and the price of staying in suites is 1,380 yuan/night, and the price of ordinary rooms is 868 yuan/night, and guests in ordinary rooms need to spend 98 yuan/hour experience fee if they want to experience golf.
