Located in the Longtan Forest between the urban area of Liyang and the national AAAAA-level scenic spot Nanshan Bamboo Sea, Meijie is a treehouse hotel integrating four ecological elements: forest, tree house, hot spring and mountain. The environment of Meijie is very prominent, and the whole hotel seems to be embedded in the mountains, scattered along the mountain. In order to harmoniously integrate itself into its surroundings, Mei Ge has used natural building materials such as wood and stone to make the hotel hidden in the green hills without a hint of obtrusion.
The hotel is jointly built by Holland Ashan Architectural Design Co., Ltd. and Nanshan Garden, and the architectural style is simple European style. Meijie covers an area of more than 2,000 acres, but there are only 31 treehouse villas, each named after the plant that has grown at the door. There are many types of tree houses, but what remains unchanged is the upper and lower double-storey hollow structure with mountains, and the room type can be decided according to the number of travelers. The interior furniture and soft furnishings are tailored by domestic designers, the rooms are equipped with various hardware, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and the toiletries are all L'Occitane brand, which is quite exquisite. There is also a large balcony with a 270-degree view, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the mountains.
Meijie introduced a 1,788-meter hot spring well, with a temperature of 48 degrees Celsius, rich in more than 20 elements such as silicon, potassium, calcium, sodium, fluorine, chlorine, and bromine. There are 8 outdoor pools at the top of the mountain, and the pools are far apart, so you need to walk to experience the different pools. If you prefer a private bathing environment, you can also choose to soak in the private pool in the villa, but the hotel's one-bedroom villas do not have a private pool, but instead have a bathtub, so the experience will be discounted. In addition to the hot springs, Meijie also has an infinity pool tucked away in a 100-acre tea plantation, surrounded by a lush jungle with beautiful views.
The dining environment is also very superior, with huge floor-to-ceiling glass on the surrounding walls, which is full of natural light. Unfortunately, there are not many chefs in the restaurant and the variety of dishes on offer is also small, so guests in need can go to the Nanshan Hotel or Gao Laozhuang Farmhouse at the bottom of the mountain to eat. Overall, the staff of Meijie are friendly, and guests can also experience various outdoor activities such as bamboo shoot digging, hiking, tea picking, and sometimes swarms of fireflies on summer nights, which is a romantic scene.
