以防空洞为主题的The Bunker是Flask集团的又一力作。The Bunker这一次藏在了Green & Safe新天地店的走廊尽头，工业风设计，空旷的水泥墙和地板，铁质的座椅，处处可见探照灯和矿灯，显得原始而粗犷。依然延续了Flask集团的可持续理念，The Bunker继续运用新鲜本地食材来创作革新性的创意鸡尾酒。而与有机餐厅Green & Safe的合作，让其得以获得高质量且有机的季节性蔬果和食材，来突出鸡尾酒的新鲜度和丰富口感。 

虽然环境粗犷，The Bunker还是一如既往的颜值高。因为与Green & Safe的合作，酒单上除了一如既往的改编经典鸡尾酒和无酒精鸡尾酒，还有季节性调酒和Market Inspired，Market Inspired是最为有趣的部分，这个分类下的鸡尾酒根据使用的食材被分成了“新鲜蔬果市集”、“严选肉铺与私藏酱料”和“精选米粮与乳制品”，你能想象柴鱼、锅巴和牛肝菌调配的酒吗？喜欢Green & Safe有机食品概念的朋友不妨试试。

The Bunker的调酒大多口味较淡，酒精度低，虽然创意有趣，但打破了经典鸡尾酒的框架后，味道不够均衡，并且顾客多的时候，调酒的精准度不够并且出品稳定性较低。酒食方面倒是很方便，green&safe菜单上的菜品也可以在The Bunker点选和享用。The Bunker室内较为嘈杂，几乎没有什么私密性可言。不过里间有个非常大的包间，包间的沙发很舒适，有些战乱期间高级将领会晤的感觉，可举办大型聚餐或者party。
