Dynasty Club is a London-based brand founded in 1990. The first branch opened on London's Queen's Road, which is currently the largest Chinese food group in the UK, with more than 10 large and small shops in London's Chinatown alone. In 2006, the Dynasty Club won the London Chinese Restaurant Competition for two consecutive years, and was named one of the 50 best restaurants in London in 2007 by Far Maschier, a renowned food critic of the Evening Standard. Chef Lai Can-wan is a Hong Kong native with more than 30 years of culinary experience, having worked at the New Tung Lok Shark Fin Restaurant in Taiwan and is also the first generation chef to make bird's nest and abalone wings in Shanghai.
