In 2015, The Peninsula Beijing began a refurbishment, reinventing its luxury at a cost of $890 million for a second refurbishment. The Peninsula Beijing also has a wealth of business meeting venues, with a total of 13 conference and banquet halls such as Wangfu, Tang poetry, Song Ci, Yuanqu and Qing Shu, and the 564-square-meter Beijing Beijing Conference Hall is the largest conference hall of The Peninsula Beijing, which can accommodate 300 people to participate in the banquet at the same time.
