Unlike the previous two brands, Prader focused all its efforts on electric wheelchairs, and built an entire ecosystem around it, from power lifts and lifts to ramps, and the company has grown to become a global leader in personal mobility products.
As Prader's most famous product, the electric wheelchair is self-proclaimed under the Jazzy sub-brand, which is divided into Air, Select, Elite and other series.
There are three types of driving wheels for electric wheelchairs: front, middle and rear. Front-wheel drive is more agile, but braking too hard can pose safety issues. Rear-wheel drive forces the front wheels to steer, and the two have a clear division of labor and are relatively more popular. Medium-wheel drive, on the other hand, not only reduces the cornering diameter and improves agility, but also retains the steering function of the front wheels, but requires higher stability of the body. Because of this, Prader designed the chassis of the wheelchair to be thicker, and most of them do not support folding, which is less convenient.
Among the series, the most surprising is the Air. Taking advantage of the sturdy chassis, Prader has equipped the Air with a one-touch button that can raise the seat by 10 inches (about 25.5cm) by taking into account the user's feelings, allowing the user to return to standing height and have a head-up conversation. It seems like a trivial small detail, but it helps users enhance their social confidence, and the price is around 30,000 yuan.
If comfort is required, the Select series may be more suitable. The dimensions of the seat seat, backrest and leg bracket are all fine-tuned, and the price is about 25,000 yuan. The Elite series is mainly sensitive, the British PG controller is equipped with flexible front-wheel drive, the response speed of start-stop and steering is fast, and the price is about the same as the previous two series, around 27,000 yuan.
However, Prad has no official sales channels in China, so it is not convenient to buy and after-sales cannot be guaranteed.
