Founded in 1969 by Alan Green, Quiksilver is an iconic brand of surf products and was listed on the NASDAQ in 1986. Quiksilver has sponsored numerous world champions, including six-time World Pro Surfing Champion Kelly Slater, four-time World Pro Women's Surfing Champion Lisa Andersen, and more champions have since joined Quiksilver. Quiksilver's beach flip-flops are soft and supportive, and they dry quickly, so those who are not comfortable with flip-flops can also choose from flip-flops. Quiksilver mainly produces men's products, so in 1990 Quiksilver launched the women's brand ROXY with Kelly Slater. Quiksilver and ROXY slippers are comfortable on the beach, but they need to be non-slip for everyday wear.
