OTIS Otis Villa Elevator how about brand introduction

The world's largest supplier and service provider of elevators, escalators and walkways, and the largest elevator company in China, its products account for 27% of the global market share, and there are currently nearly 2.5 million Otis elevators and escalators operating in more than 200 countries and regions around the world. In 1853, Elisha Graves Otis, the founder of the Otis Elevator Company, invented the world's first safety elevator, thus starting the modern elevator industry. For more than 160 years, Otis has always accompanied the development of modern commercial society, from the Statue of Liberty in the United States to the Eiffel Tower in Paris, from the Sydney Opera House in Australia to the Oriental Pearl TV Tower in Shanghai, 12 of the world's 20 famous landmark buildings have used Otis elevators. As the first international elevator brand to enter China, Otis took the lead in passing the certification of ISO9001 quality system in 1993.

At present, all the Otis villa elevator products sold in China are imported from Japan, and Homelift is the most representative model. This elevator was launched by Otis Japan in cooperation with Panasonic, and has been widely praised in the Japanese market. It has flexible installation conditions, both wood structure and concrete shafts, and has low requirements for hoistways, the standard model only needs 1350x1450mm space to install, and the pit is 550mm, and the minimum floor height of 2400mm (including the top floor) is also suitable for most families. In terms of after-sales, it has a service network covering more than 300 cities across the country, which can respond to the needs of users in a timely manner and provide technical support and after-sales maintenance services. However, its price is very high, the price of the three-story elevator is about 200,000, and the failure rate is higher than that of Japanese brands.
