Komatsu is one of the world's largest construction machinery and mining machinery manufacturers, founded in 1921, and was the first construction machinery company to be introduced to China (its asking price is lower than Caterpillar). By 1978, Komatsu had exported more than 3,000 sets of various heavy construction machinery to China, contributing to the early national economic infrastructure. In 1975, when Premier Zhou Enlai met with President Komatsugawa Eryochi, he expressed the gratitude of the Chinese people to Komatsu for his contribution to Sino-Japanese friendship with the phrase "draught does not forget to dig wells". From 1979 to 1994, Komatsu successively provided nearly 20 models of construction machinery to China, as well as a full set of manufacturing technology for industrial machinery, laying the foundation for the development of China's construction machinery industry in the future. Komatsu excavator is characterized by economic application, very stable in performance, good mechanical matching, flexible power, excellent hydraulic system, medium to high digging force, average fuel consumption, and the use scenario is biased towards doing "loose work": construction site and earthwork.
