The company has concentrated the superior resources of the industry and has a high-quality R&D team of nearly 200 people, whose research directions cover all aspects of the field, including electromagnetic design, mechanical design, process tooling, control algorithms, control hardware, control software and system reliability research. The company has formed an efficient product development process, has the ability to develop multiple projects at the same time, and has successively developed more than 200 electric drive systems for domestic vehicle enterprises, and has rich experience in the development of electric drive systems.

The company has a laboratory for new product development, testing and verification, with a testing capacity of 15000rpm@300Nm, a 5000rpm@3000Nm range, and a number of test benches of 30 sets, with the design and development of new energy vehicle motors and their control systems, performance testing, durability, waterproof and dustproof, product design verification and other testing capabilities. In 2012, the National Motor Vehicle Testing Center (Shanghai) electric drive testing base was built, which undertook the announcement and testing tasks of motor systems at home and abroad, and completed a total of 50 sets of vehicle motor and its control system product announcement tests.

At present, the company has formed a product research and development platform suitable for hybrid and plug-in buses, fuel cells and pure electric cars, hybrid and plug-in cars, small pure electric cars, etc., and has formed a series of products, covering the power range of 3kW-200kW, and supporting the development of more than 200 varieties of electric drive system products for domestic and foreign vehicle enterprises.
