Shanghai Sunwin Bus Co., Ltd. (SUNWIN) is composed of SAIC Motor, Volvo (China) Investment Co., Ltd. (VIC) and Volvo Bus Co., Ltd. (VBC), with a total investment of RMB 185,000 and a registered capital of RMB 871.16 million, with 80.5% Chinese and 19.5% foreign, and its registered address is No. 18, Guangzhong Road, Minhang District, Shanghai, China.

Sunwin has a factory area of 140,000 square meters, a construction area of more than 60,000 square meters, and has built chassis, body, painting, assembly production lines and testing lines, with a production capacity of 2,000 vehicles/year and 3,000 chassis/year, and has formed a product line spectrum based on new energy buses, including pure electric vehicles, hybrid vehicles and traditional diesel vehicles, and vehicle uses include city buses and group buses.
