Chongqing Wanhu Electromechanical Co., Ltd. The company was founded in 1986, after 30 years of hard work and precipitation, has developed into a leading enterprise in the three-wheeled motorcycle industry. At present, the company has a construction area of 100,000 square meters, an annual production capacity of about 100,000 three-wheeled motorcycles, 150,000 motorcycle engines, and 650 employees, including more than 120 professional engineers with intermediate and senior professional titles, skilled R&D, manufacturing, automation, etc., and has a complete high-quality management team and sales team. In terms of vehicle technology research and development, Wanhu Electromechanical has the core competitiveness of vehicle research and development and motorcycle production. In terms of manufacturing technology and production capacity, Wanhu Electromechanical has strong self-made parts and vehicle assembly capabilities. From the chassis, trunk, cargo compartment, steering mechanism, rear axle, engine housing and other important core components of various models, to independent patented parts are all self-made. The company has a complete machining workshop, stamping workshop, welding production line and assembly line with various robot workstations; At the same time, the independent cathode electrophoresis line, independent carriage, chassis and small parts coating line are also very complete.
In terms of engine manufacturing, the company has independent technology, production and quality departments, close production, layer by layer. Among them, the whole set of engine machining equipment, 22 sets of Hansen in the United States, 10 sets in South Korea, tight processing, industry-leading production standards. At present, the public has a total of 15 engines of 150 type, 175 type, 200 type, 250 type and 300 type engine, covering four states: air-cooled, water-cooled, oil-cooled and mixed cooling. In 2016, the production and sales of Wanhu's self-produced engines reached 150,000 units.
