After mature experience of R&D personnel with software and hardware equipment to complete product design and initial simulation. The product development process and product reliability testing are verified by an in-house laboratory with IEC 17025 and UL certification.
The design and manufacture of product parts and molds are responsible for the internal metal and plastic mold department, and the personnel with sufficient professional skills use CAD/CAM special software for design, simulation analysis and mold manufacturing. The production process and production equipment are planned and developed by the internal production technology department according to the product structure and characteristics, and the unique production process and various automated production equipment are developed in combination with electronic and institutional professionals.
