Founded in 1990 with a registered capital of 30.5 million yuan, Xinya is a Sino-foreign joint venture with Zhengzhou Abrasives Grinding Research Institute as the main investment body and the source of original technology, and is the first to master the core technology of composite superhard materials in China. In 1992, China's first commercial diamond composite sheet for oil drilling was successfully developed, which opened the prelude to the localization of composite superhard materials; In 1996, it took the lead in launching the diamond drawing die blank with cemented carbide outer ring support in China, breaking through the international technology monopoly.
