Shanghai Xinguang Chemical Co., Ltd. is Shanghai Xinguang Chemical Factory, founded in 1958, officially renamed Shanghai Xinguang Chemical Co., Ltd. on July 1, 2007, is the earliest professional enterprise engaged in the development and production of adhesives and sealants in China, is a wholly-owned third-level subsidiary of Shanghai Huayi (Group) Company, in 2015 as a high-quality asset of Huayi Group injected into Shuangqian shares, becoming part of the overall listing of Huayi Group's assets of 10 billion yuan.

The company is characterized by R&D and production of engineering special polyurethane adhesives, and currently has a relatively complete product series such as solvent-based, solvent-free and water-based polyurethane, as well as more than 100 varieties of modified phenolics, acrylates, neoprene, polymer liquid sealants and other ten series.
