In 1992, Mr. Li Haibo, chairman of Lanbo Industrial, founded the seaweed breeding business on the coast of the Yellow Sea in Hai'annan, Jiangsu, and founded Lanbo Industry, which became one of the earliest seaweed breeding enterprises in China. Headquartered in Nantong, Jiangsu, the company has set up production bases, scientific research platforms and sales divisions in global regions such as Hai'an, Yancheng, Hong Kong, Japan, Canada and other places. Shanghai Yihao International Trade Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Rimbaud Industrial Co., Ltd. and is responsible for Rimbaud's global sales business. After more than 20 years of continuous development, Lanbo Industry has become a leading producer and supplier of seaweed in the industry, and has successfully created an operation model of the whole seaweed industry chain of "improved seed breeding, ecological breeding, primary processing, deep processing, and global business".

Lanbo Industry has 1,200 hectares of clean sea area far from the mainland in the South Yellow Sea, relying on the regional resource advantages of 32 degrees north latitude, it has built the largest modern seaweed marine ecological breeding base in China, and passed the NOP organic breeding base certification in the United States in 2012. In Nantong, Yancheng and other places, there are 2 primary processing bases for seaweed, and 9 automatic seaweed processing lines are fully introduced from Takeshita and Japan, and the whole quality control system is adopted, with an annual output of 40,000 boxes of seaweed raw materials, and the industrial scale ranks the highest in the country. The newly expanded Ranpo Seaweed Deep Processing Center has 6 Japanese TAITOU and SUZUKI seaweed deep processing lines, which can produce all seaweed products including roasted seaweed, seasoned seaweed, and seaweed rolls. In the past ten years, relying on the construction of food quality management systems such as HACCP and IFS, supplemented by third-party quality monitoring by world-class authoritative testing institutions such as SGS and INTERTEK, Lanbo Industrial Seaweed Deep Processing Base has achieved zero complaints about the quality of export products, and was awarded the "Jiangsu Province Seaweed Export Demonstration Base" by Jiangsu Provincial Import and Export Inspection and Quarantine Bureau in 2008. Relying on the efficient and perfect 7-24 order delivery system, Lanbo products have entered 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government, covering more than 40 key cities, and its global business covers more than 20 countries and regions such as the United States, Canada, the European Union, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, etc., and in 2006, it officially became an OEM manufacturer of the world's retail giants such as TESCO and RT-Mart.
