The company's 100,000-ton pool kiln wire drawing project is in line with the national industrial policy, is a process technology encouraged and promoted by the state, designed by the national Nanjing Glass Fiber Design Institute, using the international advanced raw material pneumatic conveying technology, molten glass melting and bubbling technology, electric melting technology, laser liquid level control technology, molten glass temperature computer automatic control technology and large leakage plate pulling technology. The total investment of the project is 1.4 billion yuan, divided into three phases of construction, after the project is completed and put into production, it can produce 120,000 tons of glass fiber and its products annually, achieve sales revenue of 1.2 billion yuan, profits and taxes of more than 200 million yuan. The first phase of the project 30,000 tons of medium alkali glass fiber pool kiln drawing production line was put into operation in March 2009. The second phase of the project has an annual output of 30,000 tons of production line, which has been ignited in December 2010 for trial production. The third phase of the project with an annual output of 60,000 tons of pool kiln drawing E-CR production line is planned to be completed and put into operation before 2012.
