Founded in 1986 and listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2000, Feida Hats Holdings Limited is principally engaged in the design, production and sale of high-quality casual hats. Headquartered in Hong Kong and with factories in Shenzhen, Panyu and Bangladesh in China, the Group manufactures casual hats with patented brands or trademarks, most of which are sold in overseas markets, mainly in the United States and to a lesser extent in Europe.

The Group (i) entered into a manufacturing agreement with New Era Cap Co., Inc. ("New Era") to establish a long-term business partnership to ensure a stable source of orders, and jointly opened the first New Era store in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, laying a solid foundation for further cooperation in the retail business in the future; (ii) the establishment of Drew Pearson International (Europe) Limited ("DPI") in the United Kingdom as a sales arm for the European market; (iii) an indirect 85% equity interest in H3 Sportgear LLC ("H3 Sportgear") through the acquisition to become a distribution and trading arm in the United States; (iv) to expand the product range and develop the high-end women's headwear market through the acquisition of a 100% equity interest in San Diego Hat Company; (v) the acquisition of an 80% equity interest in Unimas Sportswear Limited ("Unimas"), the Group's outsourced factory in Bangladesh, to enhance production flexibility at a lower cost; and (vi) the establishment of Futureview Investment Limited, a joint venture with Promotional Partners Worldwide Limited ("PPW") in Hong Kong, to acquire the rights to develop, manufacture and sell all of Sanrio's cartoon character products in the PRC.
