In 1990, the predecessor of the company, Luyao Cork, was established, using cork imported from Europe as raw material to produce various specifications of natural cork stoppers.

In 1994, the production of synthetic cork products such as cork paper and cork board began.

In 2003, the company moved to change its name to Jiangsu Senhaoshi Cork Co., Ltd., which produces and sells cork rolls, cork boards, cork mats, cork wall panels, cork flooring and other products with the brand of "Senhaoshi".
