Beijing Fulei Industrial Co., Ltd. was originally a school-run enterprise of China's aviation system, registered in 1993, and restructured into a private limited liability company in 2003. In 2005, the company established a scientific research and production base in Shahe Town Industrial Park, Changping District, covering an area of 36 acres, with an existing construction area of nearly 20,000 square meters and a planned construction area of 30,000 square meters. It has formed a non-standard mechanical and electrical product production enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales with independent intellectual property rights. Before the restructuring, the company's production site was 200 square meters, with a sales revenue of more than 2 million yuan, 10 employees, and an asset appraisal of less than 350,000 yuan.
