Shanghai Potevio Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shanghai Potevio) is one of the listed companies of China Potevio Group, which is affiliated to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, formerly known as East China Post and Telecommunications Equipment Factory, founded in 1951, and is one of the earliest communication equipment manufacturers in China. In 1981, it was renamed Shanghai Communication Equipment Factory of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications. In July 1993, the shareholding system was restructured.
