Spin-off from the former Lenovo Group, it is a leading integrated IT service provider in China, focusing on IT planning consulting/IT infrastructure system integration/solution design and implementation/application software design and development

In 2000, in order to adapt to the development of the information industry in the Internet era, the original Lenovo Group was divided into two, and Digital China was born. In 2001, Digital China was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code 00861.HK).

Since its establishment, Digital China has adhered to the ideal of "serving the country through industry", with the mission of "Digital China", and built a complete IT service value chain through continuous innovation, covering IT planning and consulting, IT infrastructure system integration, solution design and implementation, application software design and development, IT system operation and maintenance outsourcing, logistics maintenance and other fields. Relying on the service value chain, it provides customers with end-to-end integrated IT services, and has become the largest integrated IT service provider in China, and has been selected as one of the "Top 50 Best Large Listed Companies in the Asia-Pacific Region" by Forbes for four consecutive years and one of the top 500 Chinese enterprises by Fortune (Chinese) for five consecutive years.

In 2010, Digital China foresaw the major changes in the information industry in a forward-looking manner, and put forward the smart city development strategy in line with the macro trend of "taking the road of new industrialization, informatization, urbanization and agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics". After more than four years of hard work, it has become the No. 1 brand in China's smart city construction, which has not only promoted industrial development, but also driven the improvement of Digital China's overall business.

Today, Digital China has five major business groups, namely "Digital China Smart City Service Group" for smart cities, "Digital China Information Service Co., Ltd." for large industries and agricultural informatization, as well as Digital China Group, Supply Chain Service Headquarters, and Financial Services Group. The business scale has reached more than 70 billion Hong Kong dollars, with nearly 20,000 employees and offices in more than 50 cities across the country.
