Established in 2004 and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in October 2006 (stock code: 272), Shui On Land Limited is the flagship real estate company of Shui On Group in Chinese mainland. Headquartered in Shanghai, Shui On Land has a strong track record in developing mixed-use, sustainable community projects and has a solid foothold in the mainland real estate market.

In 1997, the Group's construction and construction materials business was restructured into SOCAM Development Limited ("SOCAM") (stock code: 983) and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in February of the same year. Currently, SOCAM is principally engaged in real estate and construction business with operations in Chinese mainland, Hong Kong and Macau.
