Vanke Property Development Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Vanke Co., Ltd. By the end of 2015, Vanke Service had deployed in 64 large and medium-sized cities with the greatest development potential in China, with a total of about 1,000 service projects, a contract area of more than 210 million square meters, serving 2 million households, 6 million people, assets under management exceeding 3.29 trillion yuan, and more than 30,000 employees.
At present, Vanke Service has formed the organizational business units of BS, BD and BU. Among them, Vanke Service has six BU business units, including residential property services, commercial property services, developer services, asset-based services, building-based services and life-based services.
