Baoding Swan New Fiber Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Baoding Swan) is located in the western suburbs of Baoding City, Hebei Province, formerly known as the state-owned Baoding Chemical Fiber Factory, founded in October 1957. One of the 156 major construction projects during the five-plan period, a full set of viscose filament production lines from the former GDR was introduced into the first large-scale chemical fiber complex built after the founding of New China in order to improve the industrial layout and fill the gap in the chemical fiber industry. It is one of the largest viscose filament producers in China, and occupies an important position in the domestic and foreign markets.
In September 2009, it implemented a strategic restructuring with China Hengtian Group Co., Ltd., and changed its name to Hengtian Swan Co., Ltd. in June 2013. In June 2015, it was changed to Baoding Swan New Fiber Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
Over the years, Baoding Swan has been committed to promoting the development of China's textile industry, and has established a sound product research and development, process technology, manufacturing, marketing, and management management system. It has a national enterprise technology center and a national testing laboratory recognized by the National Accreditation Commission (CNAS), a large-scale semi-continuous spinning production line, and the most advanced control systems such as automatic control of viscose manufacturing and acid bath flash evaporation. The company produces viscose filament, solvent-based cellulose staple fiber, pulp, chemical fiber oil and other products, and operates self-produced products and technology export business, viscose fiber deep processing products export business, textile and textile raw and auxiliary materials sales business and labor dispatch. The leading product "Swan" brand viscose rayon has won various national medals and certificates such as the National Silver Medal and famous trademark for many years, and has been the first to be approved to attach the CCIB China Commodity Inspection Quality Mark in the export products of the national textile system, and has obtained the ISO9002 international standard quality system certification. The "Swan" brand trademark has been recognized as well-known protection by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, and has passed the EU OEKO-TEX100 certification. As a raw material supplier of internationally renowned clothing brands, "Swan" brand viscose rayon enjoys a good reputation in the world, and its products sell well in more than 20 provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in China, and are exported to more than a dozen countries and regions such as South Korea, Japan, Turkey, Italy, Canada, India, and Pakistan. In 2014, the company actively promoted product transformation and upgrading, and the company's lyocell fiber project production line A line has been basically completed, with an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons. On January 5, 2014, it successfully started its own car and became the second lyocell fiber manufacturer in the world and the first in China.
At the same time, the site selection and construction of 60,000 tons of lyocell new fiber green industrial park will be actively carried out.
