Founded in 1985 and established in 1992, A-Zenith is a comprehensive enterprise integrating furniture design and development, manufacturing, marketing, home culture research, enterprise management consulting, investment and trade.

As the pioneer of China's Shanghai Western-style furniture, Yazhen Enterprise took the lead in passing the ISO9001 certification in the same industry in Shanghai in 1999, and was the vice chairman unit of China Furniture Association, and was the only one in Shanghai in 2003 that won the "customer satisfaction product", "customer satisfaction service", "customer satisfaction enterprise" three satisfactory furniture enterprises.
