Guizhou Crystal Organic Chemical (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Guizhou Crystal) is a production and sales enterprise under China Haohua Chemical (Group) Corporation. The company is a coal chemical enterprise with comprehensive competitiveness based on organic chemical industry, comprehensive scientific research and design, construction and installation, building materials and other industries. The total assets are 3.027 billion yuan, and there are 2,577 registered employees. On November 2, 2004, Guizhou Crystal Group officially joined ChemChina's new materials corporation. On March 10, 2008, due to structural adjustment, it was merged into Haohua Corporation, a subsidiary of ChemChina.
Guizhou Crystal is a comprehensive chemical enterprise that produces a variety of organic chemical products with limestone, coal and coke as basic raw materials, and the existing leading products are: 90,000 tons of calcium carbide, 1 million tons of cement, 30,000 tons of polyvinyl alcohol, 50,000 tons of vinyl acetate, 30,000 tons of polyvinyl acetate emulsion, and 7,000 tons of pentaerythritol.
