Jilin Yatai Dinglu Cement Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jilin Yatai (Group) Co., Ltd., located at No. 3579, Sitong Road, Erdao District, Changchun City, 7 kilometers away from the city center, with convenient transportation.
The company was formerly known as Changchun Suburban Cement Plant (later renamed Changchun Chuncheng Cement Plant), which was founded in 1971. In 1992, it merged with Changchun Shuangyang Cement Factory and changed its name to Changchun Shuangyang Cement No. 1 Branch. In 1997, it was restructured and belonged to Jilin Yatai Group and changed its name to Jilin Yatai Dinglu Cement Co., Ltd. In 2004, it merged Changchun Yuejin Cement Plant. In 2008, the company acquired Nong'an Electric Union Cement Plant and established Dinglu Cement Nong'an Branch, which further developed and expanded the company.
In recent years, the company has continuously increased investment, paid close attention to process management, and improved the technical level. In 2006, a cement grinding production line with an annual output of 1.2 million tons was built; In 2010, according to the national requirements for eliminating backward production capacity, the company successively eliminated the original 3 clinker production lines and 7 cement mills, and transformed the original raw meal mill into a cement mill. At present, the company has 2 cement mills of 4.2×13m and 1 cement mill of 3.5×10m, with an annual cement production capacity of 3 million tons. Its leading products are "Dinglu" brand PC32.5R composite Portland cement, PO42.5 ordinary Portland cement and low-alkali road and oil well cement. The product has stable performance, high strength enhancement rate, strong water resistance and sulfate corrosion resistance and good heat resistance, and has taken the lead in passing the product quality certification and ISO9001 quality system certification. Over the years, the products have been widely used in a series of national, provincial and municipal major engineering projects such as Harbin-Dalian high-speed railway, Changji intercity high-speed railway, Longjia International Airport, Changchun "three horizontal and two vertical" urban expressway, etc., and have established a good brand image in the market. History
In 1970, the cement plant in the suburbs of Changchun City was completed and put into operation, with an annual output of 200,000 tons.
In 1985, it was renamed Changchun Chuncheng Cement Factory.
In 1994, the company was restructured into a branch of Changchun Shuangyang Cement Plant.
In 1997, Yatai Group merged Shuangyang Cement Plant and restructured into Jilin Yatai Dinglu Cement Co., Ltd.
In 2004, Changchun Yuejin Cement Plant was integrated, and the company's total production capacity reached 1.6 million tons.
In 2006, two Ø2.2*6.5 meter cement mills were dismantled from the original Chuncheng Cement Plant, and a new Ø4.2*13 meter cement mill with an annual output of 1 million tons was built, which was put into operation in January 2007 with a production capacity of 1.2 million tons. The company's total production capacity reaches 2.5 million tons/year.
In 2008, Yatai Group acquired Nong'an Electric Cement Plant and renamed it Nong'an Branch of Jilin Yatai Dinglu Cement Co., Ltd., with a total production capacity of 3 million tons/year.
From 2009 to 2012, a series of technical transformations were carried out, including the elimination of three backward vertical cylinder preheater rotary kilns and seven cement mills with a diameter of less than 3.0 (four Ф2.2×6.5m cement mills and three Ф2.4×12m cement mills), and carried out the transformation of Ф3.5×10m raw meal grinding cement mill and the expansion of cement mill of Nong'an Branch. At present, the company has three cement production lines, including: Ф3.5×10m, roller press 1.4×1.2m (9# mill); Ф4.2×13m, roller press 1.6×1.4m (Nong'an mill); Ф4.2×13m, roller press 1.4×1.1m (8# grinding). The company's total production capacity reaches 3.4 million tons/year.
