In 2012, Hongwei Wood invested RMB (.) million yuan to introduce a set of the company's most advanced ultra-9 feet wide particleboard continuous press production line and process technology from Dieffenbacher Company in Germany, which has a designed annual production capacity of more than 300,000 m3.
The production line is the largest single continuous press particleboard production line in South China, the product specifications cover all the specifications on the market, thickness 6.0-40.0mm, length to 5700mm, width to 2850mm any format, the main product is "pure" particleboard: free formaldehyde emission reaches E1 grade 1/2E1 F★★★★ grade high-quality environmental protection particleboard, as well as moisture-proof board, flame retardant board and lightweight board and furniture custom special specification board.
